Financial Consultant
One (1) Permanent Position

Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for the following:

-Act as a Finance subject matter expert, supporting all financial related activities between business segment leaders and finance leaders
-Provide regular financial and management reporting to each business segment and their managers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis together with analysis of results utilizing the organizations financial systems and excel models
-Participate in the implementation of various initiatives such as: project cost tracking, costing models, and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
-Preparation and or review and upload of subsidiaries legal entity monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, forecasts and budgets.
-Providing accounting support either through preparation of working papers, reconciliations, financial models or analysis to support the monthly financial close and the external audit process.
-Co-ordinate time tracking and project costing initiatives ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate accounting practices and policies
-Provides information, consultation, advice and direction on financial issues that contribute to the development of business solutions.
-Maintenance and update of bank covenant model
Management of certain modules within ISCs Financial ERP system including payroll interfaces
-Ensures compliance with applicable legislation, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and financial policies.
