Vendasta is seeking a technical expert to lead our development function to new heights! As VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a talented group of full-stack Software Developers, consistently focused on delivering world-class SaaS through the Vendasta Platform. The VP of Engineering will work cross-divisionally to harness and lead Vendastas nearly 20 teams of Software Developers, with a focus on establishing purpose and clarity, leading and motivating change, growing others, and driving technical innovation.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader, able to mentor high-performing teams to accelerate professional growth and goal accomplishment; an expert in all things development, able to lead by example & navigate the development team through complex stories towards simple & elegant solutions; a strategic advisor, able to understand the complex challenges of a dynamic, SaaS business environment and drive change effectively.
