Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a professional, organized, self-motivated individual to add to our Team as a Material Handler/Market Assistant.

This position is responsible for:
Pick/kit parts for production orders
Retrieve and deliver materials to the line
Pick and support walk in material requests
Cross train in "tugger" duties, including, "scrap route" per defined schedule
Move materials between work stations as required
Ensure that inventory is put away in the assigned location and update SAP location data as required
Ensure the physical receiving of items and timely updating of SAP data
Check for damaged items, document and initiate replacement process as required
Pick and Pack parts for sales orders and ensure items are shipped in the manner requested and if no specific shipping instructions are given, choose the most efficient in terms of delivery and cost
Review back-order list as required and work with buyers to expedite delivery
Upload and download cycle count sheets
Perform cycle counts and stock checks as necessary
Organize and maintain inventory in a controlled manner and as directed
Inquire on outstanding purchase orders as necessary
Send tools out for repair/warranty as necessary
Coordinate pickup and delivery of materials or tools
Take active part in the company's 5S program
Store raw materials in the yard, and move materials into the shop and load machines as required
Other duties per cross training matrix, and as assigned

The successful candidate will have:
College Diploma, Grade 12
Proficient computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel
Previous Shipping/Receiving experience an asset
International shipping experience an asset
Forklift Operator Safety Training Course Certificate
SAP B1 knowledge an asset
Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certificate
Organizational Skills
Good communication skills
