The Circle Project Assoc. is a non-profit, charitable, community-based organization that requires a dynamic, high-energy team player for the following position. On the job training and mentorship will be provided for this summer student position.
To qualify for this position applicant must be under the age of thirty (30) years old.
Summer Student Administrative Support (Full-Time - Term - Approximately 5 Weeks)
Primary Duties Include:
- Data entry
- Letter writing
- Maintaining records
- Minute taking
- Research
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Writing reports
- Assisting in special events
_ Answering phones and accurate message taking
Qualifications/Attributes:
- Computer literacy is a requirement
- Outgoing and cheery personality
- Reliable (attendance) and prompt (on time)
- Excellent telephone manners
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Multitasking
Experience in the following Computer Applications is a must:
Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher, Outlook
