Yardi Energy is building a full suite of integrated energy conservation and management applications including Fault Detection, Real-Time Metering, Automated HVAC Optimization, and Utility Expense Management. We are seeking a QA Specialist to contribute to the full development lifecycle from design through to production deployment for our team in Saskatoon. As a QA Specialist at Yardi, you will work directly with the development team throughout the entire development process. You will work with the Scrum Master to define acceptance criteria, execute test plans and procedures to verify that story development has met that acceptance criteria, and perform release verification testing. In addition, you will also help identify common issues and contribute to overall development process improvements. Lastly, you will continually be building and improving upon the automated test suite for the Yardi Pulse product.
Our ideal candidate has:
worked on a Scrum team where QA was an integral part of the development process
tested N-Tier web applications
used Jira for bug tracking
a keen desire to work side by side with software developers
experience with automated testing
Bonus marks for experience with:
RobotFramework or any other Selenium WebDriver based product
Postman
Jmeter
