At SGI, we are seeing exciting growth and we are looking for a senior HR leader who will champion our corporate transformation across SGI and SGI CANADA by delivering on overall HR strategic and operational plans, driving a leadership culture and building the workforce for the future.

The Human Resources Division is seeking an experienced leader with the ambition to take on an exciting opportunity as the Vice President, Human Resources in Regina. Reporting to the Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer, this key senior leader will help implement innovative, leading-edge human resource initiatives by fostering a culture that allows our team to give their best in the midst of a dynamic and evolving work environment, and empowering and engaging them to identify, develop and implement innovative solutions.  The successful candidate is committed to outstanding service, knows what it means to have a growth-mindset, and leads by example by demonstrating accountability, change agility and excellence in leadership.

Requirements
You'll need a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, and at least ten years of progressively challenging leadership experience within the Human Resources field. Graduate-level education in Human Resources or leadership with strong financial acumen would be preferred. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and/or Certified Compensation Professional designation along with knowledge of labour relations theory and principles would be an asset.
