EXPERIENCED TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Saskatoon East Location - Full-Time Position

The incumbent of this position will work under the guidance of the Office Manager, and will be responsible for handling all aspects of a Travel Counsellor position.

Responsibilities:
- Providing quality customer service, as initial contact for incoming travel clients.
- Assessing the needs and providing travel information to individuals, or groups, regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, travel costs and recommendation of ancillary products, such as travel insurance, merchandise etc.
- Create and assemble all travel documentation for passengers.

Experience/Requirements:
- Travel related designation and experience, would be an asset for this position.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage several files concurrently, while paying attention to detail.
-  Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem solve and work under pressure of imminent deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, a team player with the proven ability to multi-task and organize
- Experience selling travel insurance would be advantageous.
- The ability to be self-motivated and to work independently.
