Responsibility
1. the store manager will ensure that all guests are provided with the best experience possible and all responsibilities are conducted in a professional manner
2. plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by the owner
3. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
4 Manage recruitment, training, performance management
5. Organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee restaurant maintenance, cleanliness and security
6. prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
Qualification
1 Least 3 years Restaurant management experience required.
2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3 Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
4 Must be able to work with minimal supervision w/strong initiative.
5 You must be able to perform efficiently during peak periods. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
6 Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
