- create and execute lesson plans

- able to communicate with children and parents
- regular skills testing throughout the season
- some paper work required
- teach progressions and drills towards gymnastics skills and abilities
- having a positive attitude and being engaging
- able to work well as a team and independently
- able to take directions well
- willing to pursue gymnastics coaching education
