Description

Sales Operations is responsible for the efficient & effective execution of key sales-enabling processes, activities and programs for the various sales teams. While effective & efficient operations are crucial, both Customer and Seller Experience is also a critical element of success as these operations are integral to Vendastas success.  Sales Operations plays a key role in developing; growing and transforming our customer journey and experience.

Responsibilities
Analyze metrics across all teams to find opportunity, identify weaknesses, and streamline processes
Improve current workflows; gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve programs
Assist with executing sales training on process workflows with all teams
Ownership of all sales team process documentation and training (including assisting to help onboard new hires); manage the shared Sales Drive and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
Own the Sales team incentive and commission programs
Sales expense management and approval, ensuring expenses are reasonable and all spiffs are properly tracked
Complete knowledge of the other sales admin roles to be able to train, or execute in their absence
Regular data clean-up & audits of our various reports and systems used to track partners/prospects
Some administrative tasks such as data entry for sales team which may include working with spreadsheets, updating manual metrics, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Overseeing all tasks, duties, and responsibilities across sales to ensure completion, meeting deadlines, content/ metrics are accurate, etc.

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years experience in a sales or sales support role considered a strong asset
University Bachelor's degree
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take large, complex problems & break down into small, conquerable pieces prioritizing effectively
Organized and attentive to detail
