Brighten Creative Group, one of Saskatchewans leading Professional Photography and Digital Media Companies, has an immediate opening for a talented and highly motivated team member who is willing to contribute and apply their talents and experience to the Long Term success of the business.
The role will be 30% based on administrative duties including:
Quick Books Accounting entries
Daily Sales Reports
Preparing quotations
Accounts Receivable / Payable
Monthly reconciliation
Preparation of Time Sheets
Bank Deposits
Assisting with data management
Preparing statements for Accountant
Preparing cheques
The following 30% will be office management related including:
Office filing and organization
Ordering supplies
Managing staff HR files
Maintaining office equipment
Reporting any issues with IT
Maintaining software subscriptions
Preparing proposals and reports
Other duties as assigned
The final 40% of the position will be working with the creative director/ owner to undertake a broad range of unique and important commercial projects throughout the year and to develop strong business relationships with our clients. This can be seasonal in nature and overtime is typically expected in months of November / December Occasional overnight travel may be required. Additionally, undertaking Passport Photos is a routine part of the operation.
