The Saskatchewan Arts Board is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join its multifaceted and dynamic team to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator: Corporate Services.
Essential to the position is a combination of post-secondary education in records management including Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan government records management training, and a minimum of three years experience working in a position with responsibility for activities directly related to the key deliverables for the position.
As a member of a talented team, the incumbent is responsible for management of the agencys electronic and paper records and archives, and support for operations and administrative activities. This individual will be expected to work independently and collaboratively and to make decisions that require proactive and constructive approaches to problem solving.
The work is undertaken in a unionized office environment. The successful candidate shall be subject to a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.

Start Date: Negotiable
Employment Type: Full-time, In-Scope, Office, Permanent (6-month probation)
Hours of Work: 72 hours / 2-week cycle (8 hours per day), 1 scheduled day off every 2 weeks
