Supervising, training, scheduling and disciplining store employees;
Overseeing inventory storage;
Monitoring and ensure all goods and price tags are matched correctly
Implementing a range of safety and security procedure to ensure the store is in good organized, clean, and well kept condition;
Communicating with the store owner to plan and perform seasonal promotions;
Good customer service to promote and resolve customer complaints in professional manner;
Ensuring the merchandise is stocked and displayed in a reasonable and attractive way;
