Job Duties:
Customer Focus and high energy
Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment
Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
Build, guide and develop a highly engaged and productive store staff
Strive for continuous improvement in processes and procedures
Protect and maintain the security of store assets
Continue to maintain a store recognized for safety and appearance
Skills and Abilities:
Must have previous managerial experience
Must have superior communication & customer service skills
Automotive parts or service experience considered an asset
Retail experience and Outside Sales experience considered strong assets
Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
Excellent computer and organizational skills
Ability to recruit, develop, assess, train and motivate staff to achieve store operational and sales targets
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
Experience in parts and service an asset
Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts
Experience in an outside sales or service role growing a business in a new area
