Backstage is seeking a motivated, responsible, and
knowledgeable individual to join our team in the fun and fast paced world of retail electronics.
Successful application must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays, 9AM - 6PM, and will have Sunday and another weekday off each week.
Responsibilities will include:
+ Mac and iOS hardware sales
+ Mac and iPhone troubleshooting and repair
+ retail transactions, handling money
+ product questions, customer interaction and satisfaction
+ stock organization
+ problem solving
+ evolving product knowledge
Apple product knowledge is mandatory, including iOS and Mac hardware and software. General computer knowledge is also an asset. Retail and electronics experience would be an asset, but we will train potential applicants as well. A passion for Apple devices and customer service would make this an ideal position for you.
