Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant Normanview Crossing location is seeking a Fulltime/part time Line Cook.
Hours: Must have flexible schedule/open availability; able to work daytimes, evenings, weekends or, a combination of them.
Responsibilities include: Knowledge of all menu items and all ingredients used to prepare those items. Most importantly you must be able to work in a busy kitchen in a professional manner. Individuals must possess a professional & positive attitude.
She/He will be responsible for food preparations; cooking; ensuring Brewsters culinary standards are being met throughout. Must have access to a computer or cell phone to check schedule online. Good communication & Leadership skills.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year cooking experience is desirable, but not required for the right candidate. Red Seal, Certified Chef de Cuisine designation or, Culinary Arts Diploma; other certifications, awards or experience an asset but if no formal training, we will train you. Constant on the job training will develop your future career.
