David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Inside Sales Representative to join their customer-focused team, in Saskatoon, SK. In this role, you coordinate and process inside sales orders, provide technical knowledge and detailed product specifications to customers and work with the outside sales team to proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities. You will work closely with the team and Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction. The Role:
Provide product quotations by checking for correct pricing, profile, description, quantity, and credit terms
Interface with customers, suppliers, and coworkers dealing with quotations, scheduling, delivery dates and shipping
In time, assist customers with product applications by providing technical knowledge of the products
Assist the office and warehouse in duties as needed
Investigate and work to resolve customer complaints
Complete paperwork/forms to record required sales information
The Ideal Candidate:
3 - 5 years' experience in an inside sales role
Experience in manufacturing and/or industrial sectors
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and SAGE considered an asset
Customer Service focused
Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Business Equipment and Computer Applications
- Spreadsheet software
- General office equipment
