Director, Continuous Process Improvement
Permanent Position
Regina Head Office

The position of Director, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) leads and oversees the efforts of the Business Transformation Office (BTO) team and reports directly to the VP, Human Resources, Communications & Process Improvement. The Director is accountable for designing, deploying and overseeing specific systems that are necessary for contributing to a sustainable culture of continuous process improvement across WCB (Regina and Saskatoon locations). The BTO is a stand-alone department with the sole focus on developing the capacity for continuous process improvement within WCB in a manner that achieves results for our customers. The organizational scope of this position is broad and deep, extending across all divisions and departments and the influence of this position and the area of responsibility is felt from front line staff to executive leaders.

Qualifications:
The following Education, Experience, Designations/Licenses and Behavioral & Technical Qualifications (Competencies) are job requirements:
    Bachelors degree and at least 10 years experience in a leadership position responsible for the development and implementation of corporate-wide continuous improvement systems.
    Strong facilitation, team management/building and change management skills.
    Certification in CPI (Lean, Six Sigma) or other process improvement approaches.
