The successful candidate will be responsible for the total operation and administration of the Bakery/Deli Department at the Shaunavon location. Responsibilities include staff supervision, adherance and enforcement of policies, sales, inventories, margins, budgets, expenses, inventory, and ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
Experience in procurement of merchandise, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, problem solving ability, and capable of heavy lifting. Supervision & budgeting experience is an asset. Must be open to working a variety of shifts including evenings & weekends. This position is classed as a Safety Sensitive position and Alcohol and Substance Abuse testing will be required as a condition of employment.
