Description:
- Full time, Monday to Friday at our growing veterinary practice located in Earl Grey, Sask.
- Experience is an asset but willing to train the right person.
- Excellent communication skills as well as computer knowledge is essential to this position.
- As our receptionist, you are the face of our company. When customers come in, you are the first person they see, interact, and trust above others. So as an employee, your job is to provide our clients with the service that you yourself would expect in return. We provide high-quality care to all of our clients and patients and are looking for someone to join our team to do that.
Skills and Abilities:
Work conditions and physical capabilities - ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Operate office equipment and computer applications such as: Internet browser, posting social media, general office equipment, database software, electronic scheduler, e-mail, spreadsheet software, word processing software.
Greet clients and update patient information to provide services needed
Schedule and confirm appointments
Send invoices, collect payments and general office duties
Knowledgeable of veterinary medicine is an asset
Retired technicians or individuals with medical office experience are welcome to apply.
