Credit Bureau of Saskatoon Collections is looking for a parttime book keeper to work approx. 20 hours per week.
Some of the responsibilities as follows:
- Maintain financial records with various accounts using some manual and computer bookkeeping systems
- Post transactions
- Prepare cheques for payment of accounts & payroll
- Complete & submit tax remittance forms
- Prepare financial reports
- Monthly bank reconciliation
Some qualities that we are looking for:
- Attention to detail
- At least 2 years of experience as a book keeper
- Experience & proficiency in using the Sage 50 accounting program
- Confidentiality
- Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Need good organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks on a daily basis
