Requirements:
The Manager will act as the enrolment services teams resident expert on the specific areas of its assigned portfolio, including all matters pertaining to admission, registration and student record services for the programs for which it is responsible. The Manager will be accountable and have independent authority for the direction, recruitment, retention, performance management and training of staff to ensure that Saskatchewan Polytechnic is equipped to deliver the best student enrolment experience possible. The Manager will be accountable for annual system set-up to allow for admission, registration, graduation and tuition/fees assessment.
Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree in business or related field and three years experience managing operations and staff is required for this position. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Demonstrated proficiency in common software packages and advanced database training is required. The candidate must demonstrate a service excellence mindset, as well as skills in managing projects, programs, and change, preferably in a post-secondary education setting.
