Property restoration company is looking for an
experienced carpenter.
Duties include:
1) Installing Baseboard
2) Installing Casing
3) Installing Doors (Interior & Exterior)
4) Installing Windows
5) Installing Vanity & some Kitchen Cabinets
6) Minor Plumbing
7) Some Drywall/Taping
8) Some Painting
9) Some Minor Electrical
10) Completion of necessary paperwork
The successful candidate will have:
1) Excellent communication skills
2) Excellent organizational skills
3) Own Tools
4) Own vehicle
5) Extensive knowledge of residential building
processes, especially renovation work
