1 Part-Time Customer Service Consultant
The Customer Service Consultant will provide a superior customer service experience, emphasizing strong product knowledge and is delivered with a friendly, outgoing and positive demeanour. We pride ourselves on superior customer service!
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs;
Determining repair work needed to customers jewellery and providing pricing;
Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers regarding their jewellery or watch service and repair needs;
Following up as necessary with services, post purchases and inquiries;
Cash duties- receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts;
Store opening and closing duties;
Promoting store sales; and
Working with the team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers.
Qualifications needed!
Previous experience in jewellery or retail store an advantage but not a must.
A demonstrated record of positive work ethic;
Ability to learn products within a reasonable time;
Ability to use Excel, Word, and online ordering platforms
Exceptional communication and time management;
Commitment to a customer first philosophy!
The Customer Service Consultant works three days a week along with 2 Saturdays a month. December more hours available. Store hours are M-F 9-5:30 and Saturdays Winter 9:30-5; Summer 9:30-4
