Our service department has been given platinum status from Toyota Canada in 2016 and has continued to maintain that status.

An ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills. A passion for automotive and looking to gain experience in the automotive industry! Must be a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The hours are Saturday's 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in the express lane
Answering phone calls
Navigate and troubleshoot clients concerns, and complaints efficiently
Prepare and keep the express lube operating smoothly
Book service appointments
Write and close work orders
Maintain rapport with customers
Provide updates to customers on their repairs
Offer exemplary customer service

Qualifications:

Highly organized and self-motivated
Can work as a team player and independently
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge on how vehicles work
Experience in providing outstanding customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
