We are currently looking for a hardworking individual who has a passion for learning to hire as a receptionist for a 3 month work term.
This position will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to develop key attributes to be successful in today workforce.
The position will be under the supervision of the Office Supervisor and will be responsible for the day to day activities of the front office. The shift for this position is 8am-4:30pm.
Essential job functions:
1. Answer the multi-line phone system in a pleasant and timely manner, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
2. Greet customers and visitors at the front desk in a pleasant and timely manner, and notify the appropriate department or individual of the visitor
3. Ensure CT-PAT policies are enforced (visitor sign-in)
4. Prepare bank deposits daily
5. Assist with preparing parts and operator manuals for various departments and customers as required
6. Prepare mail and parcels daily
7. Process dealer bonus requests
8. Review sales orders prior to shipment
9. Prepare invoicing and customs paperwork and related documents
10. Assisting other departments with filing and administrative/accounting duties as required
11. Assemble price catalogues
12. Process office supply orders; ensure proper stocking of items
13. Assist employees with operating the fax machine and photocopier
14. Assist Senior Leadership Team with clerical support or projects as required
15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from supervisor
16. Coordinate mail-outs with Sales Department and Parts Department
