- Able to assist in training of employees.
- Provide high-quality customer service with regard to
company standards
-Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations,
daily bookwork, ordering and receiving merchandise,
profits, all controllable expenses, inventory, cash and
shortages.
-Must learn and be proficient in using our back office
and Point-of-Sale system.
-Must be available to handle customer transactions at the register as needed.
-Monitor performance of team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance
-Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations is run smoothly
-Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave the store unsatisfied
-Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising
-Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
-Maintain high standards of customer service;
-May be required to work additional hours or days when
needed.
