Brandt is currently seeking an experienced Digital Portal Manager to help us build, deploy and grow our online portal presence. Reporting to the Director of Digital, this position is ultimately responsible for the success of this portal.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Own Brandt portal success and profitability.
Contribute to and implement Brandt's digital marketing strategy for portals and ensure it is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Be the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders of the Brandt portal.
Report to the Director of Digital in Brandt's marketing group.
Work across departments to create a unified portal strategy.
Develop and track portal business objectives, challenges and key success metrics.
Develop internal performance reports and present these reports to key decision makers.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
Experience building or managing web-based, e-commerce or business center software.
Experience building or managing customer dashboards in a dealership distribution model.
Strong understanding of technical information technology concepts, but no software development skills required.
Expertise in web analytics, tracking implementation, and reporting.
Experience with project management.
Experience leading a team and delegating responsibilities.
Takes initiative: Identify opportunities for improvement and take them to the next level without being told.
