This position manages and oversees the operational demands by leading the support, research, design, development and implementation of system and business process improvements through the use of the company's CRM. This position is also responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining security. This position develops required reporting and dashboards and develops solutions to ensure data integrity for reporting and data collection purposes. This position works directly with service suppliers to provide users with technology solutions to meet corporate, client and regulatory requirements.
Key Outcomes:
The CRM Analyst is responsible to develop system improvements and mitigate risk by:
Executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.
Understanding the challenges and objectives of our clients and stakeholders to provide solutions to meet specific business needs.
Collaborating with management and end users on the ongoing development in their exploration and advancement of new products/processes and opportunities
Research and evaluate system improvements to optimize functionality, product features and enhancements to ensure a successful implementation
Making system recommendations aligned with the organization business plans and department objectives
Being accountable for ensuring the appropriate security controls are in place and monitored to safeguard the data in the system
Managing system releases, perform quality assurance testing, refine configuration to implement system / process improvements
This role is also responsible to provide ongoing support and expertise through advanced knowledge of Software system(s) by:
Acting as a subject matter expert and technical lead on the capabilities of the system
Designing procedures and training upon implementation of enhancements or updates as required
