Duties and responsibilities will include:
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations,
reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
Determine and establish office procedures and rules , establishing work
schedules.
Prepare and submit reports, set up and maintain manual and computerized
information filing systems.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for employer and all employees.
Responsible for responding to the emails and telephone calls Resolve work
related problems.
Responsible for ordering office supplies and materials.
