Job Description: The Provincial Contracting team at 3sHealth is looking for a Contracts Officer to assist in all activities and phases of the provincial contracting process and contract management. Reporting to the Manager, Contracts, the Officer is expected to:
Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Administer and work within all phases of contract management including database/software systems updates and maintenance
Coordinate and communicate information to health regions and vendors
Provide ongoing administration of provincial contracts
Assist with coordinating and preparing information and documentation to complete the contracting process (product data, RFx and contract documents, etc.)
Preparing, formatting and distributing all department correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
Managing lower complexity agreement processes, as appropriate
Assisting with other general administrative and support activities (i.e. organizing meeting and managing meeting logistics)
Required Qualifications
Certificate/ diploma in office administration
Experience
Three years' of relevant experience; or combination of equivalent education and experience.
