Are you a hands-on person who likes being on-the-go with lots of variety?  Do you take your safety and the safety of others seriously? Do you celebrate our extreme Saskatchewan weather and love the outside elements? Are you an experienced with building systems and know your way around a skid steer?

We should talk. Were looking for a permanent, full-time Building Operator 1 located in Regina.   At SGI, our customers are our priority and we know they appreciate coming in to locations that are safe, clean, comfortable and easy on the eyes  thats where you come in.  Our 8 Regina branches and 20-floor downtown Head Office provides plenty of work and plenty of variety.  Our Building Operators care about people and are responsible to perform things like minor repairs, conducting building security checks, inspecting building heating systems, garbage removal, snow removal and thermostat checks, just to name a few.

Requirements:

Were counting on you to bring a unique combination of knowledge and skills to this role. Were looking for candidates who bring a valid Firemans Certificate and two years job related experience working with building maintenance and custodial duties. Youll also need a valid drivers licence for travel between locations.  Shift work will be required.
