Description

The Gas Bar Manager reports to the Co-Director of Operations, and Chief Financial Officer regarding financial updating. The Gas Bar Manager is responsible for carry out the duties as outlined below.

Requirements:
Business Administration Diploma, certificate or degree
3-5 years experience
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to work early morning and overnight shifts
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have managerial experience (gas bar management experience preferred).
The Gas Bar manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, compliant and profitable operations at the Bar, with the goal of increasing profits over time.
The gas Bar manager is expected to source and market convenience store merchandise, manage relationships with souvenir vendors, ensure consistent food service quality, improve employee productivity/customer service, maintain and increase revenue, create and manage expenses according inventory/payroll budgets and ensure positive customer experiences at all times.
