Description

Client Service is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making emotional connections with all of our guests. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our spa guests and be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the spa. The successful candidate must have a friendly and welcoming attitude with everyone and will be responsible for welcoming our guests and accurately verifying all information during the check in.
Responsibilities: Greet spa clients and begin the process of an outstanding service
Professionally answer all spa telephone inquiries Schedule appointments for clients, as well as make courtesy calls to remind them of upcoming appointments
Complete all register transactions for services provided
Maintain a smooth flow of clients to technicians Suggest and prescribe retail products to spa clients
Continuously replenish retail products and assist with quarterly inventories Assist with monthly product counts and communicate supply inventory needs to the Spa Manager
