1. Provide courteous, detailed and accurate program information to faculty, students, outside agencies, licensing bodies and government departments regarding programs, services, procedures and policies. 2. Perform a variety of administrative, clerical and budgetary duties related to the critical care, emergency, occupational health nursing programs. 3. Respond to and ensure appropriate follow-up to all inquiries. 4. Provide required administrative support to the critical care, emergency, occupational health nursing program heads, faculty and others as required in a team environment. 5. Maintain office supplies and equipment. 6. Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings. 7. Maintain Program materials, guidelines and manuals. 8. Liaise with other organizations and/or departments as required.
