Boardwalk Rental Communities is Canada's friendliest owner/operator of multi-family rental communities. We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Level 2 Associate for our properties in Regina for a 6 month contract.
Hours of work are 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Overtime and On Call Rotation required.
Responsibilities Include:
-Exterior and Interior Project work
-Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
-Ensure daily communication with all site Associates
-Address Customer Requests for Maintenance (CRFMs) within 72 hours
-Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups as per established quality standards
-General common area and building maintenance
-Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Service Representatives
-Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
-Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
-Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work as per the conditions of contract
-Snow removal as required
-Touch-up painting as required
-Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
-Perform on call emergency maintenance according to schedule provided by Area Coordinator
-Complete all required paperwork for the position
-Complete other tasks as assigned by the Area Coordinator
Specific Maintenance Activities
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Paint
- Repair drywall
- Work with minimal supervision
Transportation/Travel Information
- Own vehicle
- Valid driver's licence
