TruGreen Metal Recycling is the leading company in SK in the mobile metal recycling industry. We are based out of Emerald Park and service most of the province. We are currently seeking a Professional Driver with min. 2 years driving experience for our Driver position / service truck driver.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Class 1A required.

- Driving semi truck, pulling super B loaded with scrap metal.

- Navigating and driving to site.

- Cleaning up processing areas on site.

- Assisting excavator operator and service truck driver with the daily tasks.

- Mechanical ability and ability to weld is an asset.

- Off-road driving and experience with tire chains is an asset.

- Living in your truck for 4 nights of the week. All of our trucks are equipped with full size bunk, inverter, microwave, and fridge.

Rotation: Monday-Friday (Weekends off), then every third month you transition into a service truck and work Wednesday to Sunday for one month.

Position is full time year round except for about 4-6 weeks during spring road ban season which we don't work. Alternative work or layoff are available.

This is a job with lots of work, lots of overtime and very good pay. We work hard (manual labor cleaning up farmyards) and we compensate everyone accordingly. If you have the work ethic of a farmer or an oil field worker, but want guaranteed work days year round this job may very well be for you!
