Employer seeking applicants for the position of Estimator. B&S Construction specializes in residential and commercial construction.
Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting construction estimates
- Prepare and submit contracts
- Develop and implement unit costs, hourly rates, overhead costs
- Develop and implement warranty costs and coverage
- Order and schedule materials and sub-trades
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen and clients
Applicant must have previous construction experience.
