Description

Our Regina office is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy Litigation practice group for a one year maternity leave coverage.

In this role, your required skills and knowledge will include (but will not be limited to):

Managing volumes of filing and file organization electronic and paper
Exposure / retainer letters
New file opening
Expense requisitions
Handling and prioritizing workload independently
Meeting strict deadlines
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Problem solving with minimal supervision
Communicating in a professional manner with lawyers and other team members
Providing assistance to group billing support
Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you have:

1 to 3 years of administrative experience in a legal environment is preferred;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Excellent proofreading skills (ability to check typed material for grammatical, typographical, spelling, word usage and format errors);
The ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative;
The willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
