The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere and be comfortable working in a team environment. They will be comfortable using computer software programs such as Excel. This person will be a motivated individual with high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a certificate, diploma or degree in accountancy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Preparation and Analysis
- Preparing and analyzing client underwriting files
- Gathering and analyzing claims information
- Investigating and reconciling accounting discrepancies
- Identifying inconsistencies in the data
Customer Service & Teamwork
- Facilitating and managing relationships with customers
- Contacting clients by phone to gather information and to get an in depth understanding of their operation
- Developing and maintaining positive constructive relationships with all team members
