How youll spend your time
- Using your natural conversationalist skills to understand member needs, to provide financial solutions like opening accounts, consumer investing and lending products (RRSPs, TFSAs, small LOC or cards)
- Checking in with members to uncover any needs and goals that improve their financial well-being
- Following up on referrals, making sure member needs have been met and to foster relationships
- Supporting team members by sharing knowledge to help successfully achieve both individual and team goals
