PuroClean Restoration is currently recruiting Assistant Manager, Claims Services member to join our Saskatoon team.
Main duties:
-Answering phone calls and entering data for new and existing clients
-Daily communication with our customers
-Coordination and scheduling work with subcontractors
-Perform general claims clerical assistant tasks as required
-Prepare monthly statements
-Examine and complete all monthly reconciliations
- Issue all cheques and process all electronic and wire transfers
- Perform general accounting assistant tasks as required
No formal accounting training required, but an aptitude for accounting needed.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Various office and administrative duties.
Required Qualifications:
University degree or technical school diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, etc.), including or supplemented by courses in leadership or supervision
Required Experience:
A minimum of five years experience in the insurance industry, or in a leadership position
Demonstrated experience in managing team, excellent customer service skills.
