Piapot First Nations Cree Land Mini Mart is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support as well as provide accounts payable/accounts receivable and data entry. A comprehensive package, including competitive salary, pension and benefits offered.
Process accounts payable/accounts receivable, prepare and mail payments, retail data entry, reconciling various internal accounts
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Generate reports detailing A/R status
Assist with reporting month end, year-end duties including preparing for audit
Administrative duties such as answering phones, electronic/manual filing
Previous retail experience will be an asset
