Member Service Representative (Casual) - Yorkton Branch

We're looking for an attentive Member Service Representative with great communication skills to join our team at the Yorkton branch of Cornerstone Credit Union!

As the Member Services Representative in our member services department, it will be your job to provide a range of routine cash and non-cash products and services to our new and existing members in a friendly, genuine way!

Reporting to the Member Service Supervisor, the Member Service Representative processes member transactions, delivers member information, promotes credit union deposit services and makes referrals.

This position is a casual position, so the available hours will vary.

What we are looking for . . . . .

To be considered for our Member Service Representative position, you must have post secondary education and up to one year of related customer service experience.

If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services that's an extra bonus!

You must be able to recognize cross selling opportunities, make or refer sales, handle cash properly and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
