We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Swift Current team. This is a temporary position (anticipated 12 - 14 month maternity leave replacement) that offers the opportunity for you to enhance your office experience.
The Primary responsibilities of this team member are:
Telephone & reception responsibilities
Accounts payable data entry
Daily maintenance of our safety & equipment database
General administrative tasks
Basic requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 & have general computer knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to work as part of a team
The capability to manage multiple priorities is essential for this role.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, a basic understanding of accounting principles, as well as experience with safety programs will be considered an asset.
