Job purpose
TSI Employment is a fast-growing company and we are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager. This individual will be accountable for growing TSIs business, meeting ambitious sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction objectives. This position will be based in Regina but will also cover the surrounding areas.
Duties and responsibilities
Prospect, research and identify new business opportunities to promote and sell TSI services with a focus on meeting the customer needs.
Initiate and lead the sales cycle/process as a subject matter expert and act as the customers key contact and resource.
Builds strong business relationships with prospective customers and manage the sales funnel/cycle by continually following up on their current business needs and anticipating future business needs.
Prepare and confidently present sales proposals, including pricing and product/service terms, to key decision makers. Influence, negotiate and close the sale with the best interest of the company and the customer in mind.
Cultivate the account from prospecting through to ongoing account management.
Update the sales database and manage records.
The job involves frequent travel to offices and sites.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school.
One to three years of sales experience.
Class 5 driving license with a clean driving abstract. Must have own transportation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent command of the English language including strong written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Strong customer service, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Flexible and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
