NETWORK TECHNICIAN  FIELD SERVICES

The Northern Lights School Division #113 has an opening for an ICTS Network Technician - Field Services.  Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the individual will be a member of the Divisions technology unit. The position is solution oriented and client focused in the field delivery of timely, meaningful, and transparent information technology solutions in support of the educational process.  

The school division consists of one central office located in La Ronge, one sub-office located in Beauval and 19 schools in beautiful northern Saskatchewan thus extensive travel to remote locations will be required. The position will be based out of La Ronge.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrated 3 years experience equivalent to or verified by certification in a majority of the following areas: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Premise Wiring, BICSI, Fluke diagnostic and certification.  Network Infrastructure Documentation skills and experience are essential to this role. Proven verbal, listening, written, and digital communication skills are essential, as the individual will be required to interact with and assist staff division-wide. A current valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle is required.
