Systems Administrator

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of Camecos business technology services department (BTS) you will support server and storage infrastructure for the global enterprise and actively participate in technology related projects. As a technical specialist you will collaborate with BTS team members to resolve problems and create solutions to support users and business goals. You will gather and analyse requirements, plan tasks and dependencies, provide status reports and meet timelines to ensure a high level of success in delivering solutions. Most importantly, you should have a tenacious and insatiable attitude toward troubleshooting and solving problems.

Education and Qualifications

   Requirements of the position:
    Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
    Five or more years of professional IT experience troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting a large, multi-domain Active Directory environment
    Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Assets:
    Working knowledge in PowerShell, Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, and Group Policies
    Current Microsoft Certification is an asset
    Experience with Multi-Vendor hardware (Cisco UCS, Dell)
    Experience with UNIX/LINUX environments
    Experience with VMware vSphere architecture, design, and implementation
    Experience with Microsoft Cloud (O365, Azure) Architecture, design, and implementation
