Description

Cypress Concrete Ltd is a heavy construction company providing Saskatchewan with Concrete services since 2009. We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Concrete Mixer to complement our Concrete crew. We are seeking an individual who is reliable & dependable in all aspects of their day to day routine. This individual must have an experienced background in the Concrete industry and capable of working independently, promote a positive & safe work environment while working with team members & management in a fast paced work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  Operate Concrete mixer, performing all duties in accordance with company health & safety regulations
  Basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  Accurately complete reports and other documentation as required
  Ability to complete pre-shift inspections & assist with maintenance or repair of equipment as needed
  Other related duties as required
Qualifications:
  Minimum (2+ yrs) Concrete experience is an asset
  Valid 1A Class or 3A Class license is required
  Thorough knowledge of Concrete safety, quality & production practices
  Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation
  Must be able to work in a team environment
  Physically demanding & considered a safety sensitive position
  Able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours

Seasonal full time with commitment/ability to be on duty up to 12hrs Monday-Friday, willingness to undertake overtime during busy periods (overtime/weekends/stat holidays)

Ability to lift 50lbs or more, work in extreme weather conditions, confined space/heights
