Description

As a result of continued growth, Brandt Development Ltd. is currently seeking full-time permanent Structural Erector for our construction team.

Required Skills:

Must be physically fit.
Assist in the install of structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
Work at elevated heights with the use of aerial work platforms and ladders.
Rig, hoist and move materials with the assistance of mobile cranes and other equipment within the work site.
Work independently and with a team.
Work safely within a high paced construction environment.
Must be able to travel

Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Able to effectively communicate in both technical and user-friendly language when appropriate, with all types of staff, including technical, professional, and upper management.
Excellent time management skills.
Safety training in fall protection and aerial platform preferred.
Ability to work shift work.
Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
